A retired Army Chaplain and a retired Baptist Pastor who love the Lord, Churches and First Responders had a vision. That vision is now being fulfilled through “First Responders Fellowship” and Partnering Churches.

Our Purpose

To CONNECT FIRST RESPONDERS to one another in a national fellowship for mutual encouragement, support and benefit.

To CONNECT CHURCHES in a national network to facilitate FIRST RESPONDERS locating a partnering church where they currently reside or re- locate to.

Dr. Daniel Middlebrooks
Co-Founder, President

Dr. Daniel Middlebrooks served 30 years as an Army Chaplain. Upon retirement he founded and serves as CEO of Chaplaincy Care. He is a gifted pastor, author, speaker, & trainer. His professional presentations and personal interaction make him one of the best motivational speakers and leaders of today.

Co-Founder, CEO

Jay Brinson served as lead pastor of three growing churches for 42 years before founding S.O.A.R., Serving One Another Resources and Church Restart Consulting. He holds a BA in Bible and a Masters degree in Communication from Louisiana Baptist University. He has been awarded three Honorary Doctorate’s. He conducts Family, Missions, Stewardship and Church Growth conference across the country. He is the author of “Influencing People Like Jesus” and “365 Principles From Proverbs.”
